Weddings
As a HSE Registered Solemniser, I can legally marry couples of all faiths and none. I am an Interfaith Minister and it is my privilege to craft ceremonies for those of all genders, and orientations, through creating an atmosphere that is inclusive, warm, relaxed and dignified, with a sense of occasion.
Funerals
As a funeral celebrant, not only will I officiate on the day of the service, but I will guide the family through the preparation stage, and craft a service that honours and reflects the life of the departed. The content of the funeral, or memorial service, will be relevant, meaningful and specifically chosen, by the significant people, who are grieving the loss of their loved one.
Other
Ceremonies other than marriages and funerals are also important occasions in a person’s life. That is why, I will also create a personally tailored vow renewal, or baby naming ceremony to celebrate some of the other important milestones in life.
Something about me.
My name is Mary Doolin-Murphy. My journey in life has brought me from the world of academia (B.Sc., Psychology, M.Sc. Counselling), to a career in the caring profession, marriage, parenthood, and ordination as a OneSpirit Interfaith Minister.
I am at a wonderful time in my life, where I can use my experience to support individuals through spiritual counselling, and embrace the opportunities to celebrate the milestones in people's lives with them. What a privilege that is, and I welcome the pleasure of working with you.
